To capture at 60fps, resolution must drop to 1080p — 4K capture is limited to 30fps, an asymmetry versus the 4K60 passthrough sent to the local monitor. Lacks manual EDID override: users report severe artifacting or forced 30Hz drops when feeding it ultrawide (21:9) resolutions, since the internal downscaler assumes standard 16:9 input.
