A broadcast-grade AV mixer/switcher bridging six independent HDMI inputs with a 28-channel digital audio engine — real-time scalers homogenize mismatched frame rates and resolutions across sources (a 50Hz camera next to a 60Hz console, for instance), which adds 1-2 frames of latency versus a zero-latency passthrough box. Seven fully-assignable linear faders give sound engineers tactile control absent from simpler streaming mixers.
