RGBlink Mini V3

Here is a closer look at RGBlink Mini V3.

About

An accessible 4-input HDMI video switcher aimed at online education and light streaming, with a built-in preview screen reducing reliance on an external monitor — a T-bar handles video transitions like a small analog mixing console, but the two discrete mic inputs (MIC IN 1/2) lack the per-channel fader granularity of a true audio mixing desk. USB output is capped at 1080p60 even though the HDMI inputs accept 4K60 sources.

Confirmed with

  • Notebook (generic)

Uses a driverless USB 3.0 UVC output to link with virtually any laptop or streaming platform, presenting itself as a standard webcam to OBS, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Can also record H.264 directly to an external SSD or stream to the cloud independently of the laptop.

  • Legion Go

A documented real-time test feeds the Legion Go's own native video output into one of the switcher's capture inputs, confirming its internal scaler correctly absorbs the resolution and EDID parameters generated by the Alt-Mode USB-C port without breaking the switcher's canvas.
